Johnny Gil and Javier Pena have combined skill, craftsmanship and tenacious attention to detail to create "The Devil's Daughter," a radical 1959 Pro street Harley-Davidson Panhead. Gil and Pena have been working on the motorcycle for the past three years and both are extremely proud of their 'daughter.' When we first happened upon the bike in McAllen , Texas , we knew that it was destined to become the first motorcycle featured in VAJITO magazine. A true piece of art, "The Devil's Daughter" is a stunning example of fine custom craftsmanship.
Rolling on Performance Machine's 18x6 (Rear) and 19x3 (Front) Chicane's, this wicked beauty has no problem finding her way onto show floors. The brilliant chrome, impeccable paint and rear fender mural with a delectably sinful portrait adds intensity and brilliance to any show.
Major body modifications include molding neck, rear fender craft-ed at Johnny's Custom shop, a 40 degree rake, and 2 1/5" stretch, and customized chain guard. Engine modifications include S&S Fly Wheels, Shifton Cam, Dyna single
fire ignition, S&S E-model Carb and Nitrous Oxide for that special oomph! The beautiful mural on the rear fender was sprayed on by Edgar Solis from EDS Graphics. This curvaceous brunette decked out in wicked reds adds a final spark to this sinister flame.
Putting a dollar amount on a labor of love is almost impossible, but Gil estimates that more than $35,000 green backs have found their way into the belly of this striking creation. The finer things in life always require a sacrifice.
If you're gonna head out on the highway, there's no better way than on this Harley burning with style. |
